Please share how much success is achieved using Omnichannel

Omnichannel isn’t just another way of saying that you sell in multiple channels, it’s about meeting customers by delivering a consistent brand experience.
Amazon is a great example and like to hear from others.

Totally agree that omnichannel means consistent CX across multiple channels - offline, online, telephony, face to face etc. The key is to understand the entire end-to-end journey of each customer segment/persona, and map your organizational efforts around that. Journey mapping and service design frameworks are key!
